RETURNS POLICY

House of Headys require contact by phone, post or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent from House of Headies will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items brought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however, shipping charges are non-refundable.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement or refund. Please note you must let us know if you require a replacement within 14 days or receipt, we will not accept any claims for damaged or faulty items which we have not been notified of in this time.  We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: You are buying genuine fresh seeds, we guarantee this and we guarantee you will receive them in perfect condition.  The seeds you are buying are the same as you would receive if you walked into any of the seedbanks in Holland, and we are generally the same price or slightly cheaper owing to the discounts we receive for being the largest cannabis seed supplier in the UK.

We do not however guarantee anything else, if you are in a country that permits the cultivation of cannabis we cannot guarantee that the seeds will all germinate, this is risk that you must be prepared to take.
